Executive Manager – Operations

Kel Robards has more than 32 years’ experience in the television industry. 

He began his career as a tele-cine/tape operator for Channel Seven in Canberra and worked his way up through editing, directing, production, executive production and management roles including General Manager of the Ten Network’s Adelaide and Perth stations and, ultimately, General Manager of Network News and Public Affairs for TEN.

He joined Global Television as Executive Manager – Operations in 2005 and is responsible for internal/external facilities, technical services, crewing, maintenance and sites management.
