
Keith Andrews
Chief Executive Officer (B Business (QUT), FAICD)
Keith Andrews has had an extensive international career, primarily in technology-related ventures. He spent more than six years living overseas, mostly in Boston, Massachusetts, in various executive roles with Stratus Technologies, a NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) listed company. He also managed the Asia Pacific business for Stratus based in Hong Kong, and has done extensive business in Europe. Upon returning to Australia in 2002, Keith joined the boards of several private and public listed technology companies. He has successfully led two ASX-listed multinationals as CEO, and was a non-executive director of other private and public companies. He joined Global Television as Chief Executive and Managing Director in April, 2010.

Chris Strouthos
Executive Director/Finance Director
Chris Strouthos began his 30-year career in accounting and financial management with Unilever Australia. In 1982 joined PBL subsidiary, the Nine Network, progressing to the role of Chief Accountant. In 1995 Chris was appointed Group Financial Controller of PBL’s magazine publishing business, Australian Consolidated Press. He left in late 1998 to join office consumables business, OfficeLogics, which he helped guide towards public listing. After OfficeLogics’ merger with Imaging Innovations, Chris joined Global Television in 2003, initially as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Currently the Group's Finance Director, Chris was appointed to Global’s Board in 2007.

Kel Robards
Executive Manager – Operations
Kel Robards has more than 32 years’ experience in the television industry. He began his career as a tele-cine/tape operator for Channel Seven in Canberra and worked his way up through editing, directing, production, executive production and management roles including General Manager of the Ten Network’s Adelaide and Perth stations and, ultimately, General Manager of Network News and Public Affairs for TEN. He joined Global Television as Executive Manager – Operations in 2005 and is responsible for internal/external facilities, technical services, crewing, maintenance and sites management.

In addition to Chief Executive Officer, Keith Andrews, and Executive Director, Chris Strouthos, the Global Television Board of Directors includes Non-Executive Chairman, Brian Gatfield and Non-Executive Directors, Trent Peterson and David Browne.
